تأثیر رهبری فراگیر سبز بر مشارکت کاری سبز با نقش میانجی انگیزۀ درونی سبز در هتل‌های شهر اصفهان

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر رهبری فراگیر سبز بر مشارکت کاری سبز کارکنان با نقش میانجی انگیزۀ درونی سبز بود.
روش ­شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوۀ گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیۀ کارکنان هتل‌های چهارستارۀ شهر اصفهان به تعداد 440 نفر تشکیل دادند که از طریق جدول مورگان تعداد 205 نفر به­عنوان نمونه از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش‌نامۀ استاندارد رهبری فراگیر سبز بوتو و همکاران (2021)، پرسش‌نامۀ استاندارد انگیزۀ درونی سبز لی و همکاران (2020)و پرسش‌نامۀ استاندارد مشارکت کاری سبز آبورامدان (2022) بود که روایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها براساس روایی محتوایی، صوری و سازه بررسی و پس از اصطلاحات لازم روایی تأیید شدند و از سوی دیگر پایایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها با روش آلفای کرونباخ به ­ترتیب 0/80، 0/82و 0/85 برآورد شد و تجزیه ­و ­تحلیل داده‌ها در سطح استنباطی مشتمل بر مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت.
یافته ­ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد رهبری فراگیر سبز بر مشارکت کاری سبز تأثیر مثبت دارد که ضریب تأثیر آن 0/55 بود و انگیزۀ درونی سبز در رابطۀ بین رهبری فراگیر سبز با مشارکت کاری سبز، به­عنوان متغیر میانجی ایفای نقش کرد.
نتیجه­ گیری و پیشنهادات: سازمان‌های مهمان‌نوازی و گردشگری باید مکانیسم‌های بازخورد و سیستم‌های شناسایی ایجاد کنند تا مشارکت کارکنان در طرح‌های پایداری را برجسته و انگیزه‌های درونی و رفتارهای مطلوب را تقویت کنند. با اتخاذ این استراتژی‌های مبتنی بر شواهد، شرکت‌های گردشگری و هتل‌داری می‌توانند نیروی کار با انگیزۀ درونی واقعی را برای پذیرش شیوه‌های سبز پرورش دهند و درنهایت به یک صنعت مهمان‌نوازی و گردشگری پایدارتر و مسؤولانه‌تر کمک کنند.
نوآوری و اصالت: پژوهش حاضر بینش‌های جامعی را در مورد رهبری فراگیر سبز، انگیزۀ درونی کارکنان و مشارکت کاری در صنعت گردشگری و هتل­داری شهر اصفهان ارائه می‌کند.
